Heat and A/C problem

Heat and A/C problem I just picked up a 99 z28 a few months ago. well the a/c didnt work when i got it and i figured there was a leak in the system somewhere. well started the car today and it was cool out so i tried the heat..... it doesnt work either... the fan blows air and when i turn the **** to adjust what area i want it to blow it all works, but i have no heat or ac. car was at running temp(190ish) for a 30 min drive so i would think even if there was no thermostat in there the heat should have been working..... is there something electrical that would affect both the heat and ac?
