changed the oil and filter spark plugs and my ses light came on p0118 code engine coolant temperature circuit,high input..the fans stay on all the time..this is not the frist time,last time i changed the sensor like 3 times it did not work got mad and left it alone for a week later plugged the scan tool erased the ses code and it worked but it does it all the time i change some thing to do with the motor even if i bump into the ect sensor..i just want to know why it does that??????? p.s it did when i changed to a ls6 intake,then long tubes headers,thats 5 times

If the sensor is good, you may have a short in the wires leading up to the sensor.
