Default window help please..

No warning at all just stoped workin all the sudden. Was rolen up and down fine the day befor then I got out and nothin.. I hit a bump it worked for a sec, enuff to get it down witch it rolled down fast no hesitation. I took the DP off and its been repl. befor. I can also here clicking under the dash were the peddles are when I press the switch. What do yall think elec. or toast motor? It never hesatated or any sighn of it goin out just stoped all the sudden??

How slow was it before?

Sometimes they are slightly slow before they die, sometimes they aren't.

Before you get a new motor.....take the door panel off and smack the motor with a hammer.......if it starts working, spray the **** out of the motor with WD-40, where its dripping off the motor. That might fix it.

Mine started sticking and stopping like 3 years ago...I did that and its still working great today.

Ya hommy ive searched... All ive found is guys windows slowly goin out mine just stopped all the sudden so that makes me think electrical. Ther was no stutering or slowin at all. Sucks im no electrition by no means. I tried hitin it nothin, put diffrent switch nothin fuses look good nothin... Any thing else I should check??? Bout to start rainin here in Texas for the first time this year lol

You search didn't dig deep enough. The longer threads are people bitching about slow windows. Half the time, these motors die without warning. I've been through 5 and 4 of them died without warning.

Time for new ones.

Its simple to see if its electrical. Get a test light and see if you have a light when you jump the body side of the harness while pushing the window button up and down. If it lights up then the motor/regulator is toast. Always do the motor with the regulator together.
