I do:
Fuel filter: every 10,000-15,000 (way too cheap and easy not too)
Air filter: 10,000
Oil change and filter: 3,000. I do an engine flush at each one though, thats the key.
Rear-end fluid change: 15,000 (way too cheap and easy not too, and my rear-end is expensive)
Spark plugs and wires: every 20,000 (way too cheap and easy not too)
Hoses: (only when they look funny, get soft to the touch or mushy)
Radiator flush: every 10,000 or so. Too easy not too.
Brake fluid:---Just did my brake fluid after 13 1/2 years....it looked just fine, but I did a complete flush with new fluid because I did new calipers all around.
Power steering flush and fluid change: just did it a couple years ago because I installed an aftermarket cooler. That stuff lasts forever.
Clean my fuel system: every 3-4 months. A full can of SeaFoam in a 1/8-1/4 tank of gas.
Tranny fluid: actually been lucky, its crystal clear clean every 3-4 years when I have it rebuilt.
I have almost 170,000 miles on my 427ci stroker........its running like a champ. Only failures I've had with my car are really sensors that burn out.........never a BAD mechanical issue. Just a 13 1/2 year old caliper, an alternator, the basic stuff that doesn't last. Love it............ Hope my new 441ci has that good of luck.....

i wouldnt do a radiator/coolant flush every 10k, no need to, every 5 yrs at most with dex-cool, 50k miles...
your trans fluid, it is optimal to change it every 50k miles as well, and even though your at that mark, i dont like leaving trans fluid in for more then 3-5yrs because the detergents break down in the fluid, and the fluid loses its cleaning capabilities.

JaY,
I just look at it this way...we can't do things too frequently.....and I figure the longer the duration that engines and parts have new clean fluids, the better they will be, the longer they will last and more reliable they will be.
Its just way too cheap and easy to let things go as long as industry standards say to do it.......I like doing things way before.
Radiator Flush every 10,000 or so...thats about once a year. It takes 15 minutes when its just a normal flush.
My rear-end is 9 1/2 years old....my friend did axle seals for me last month....said the entire set-up looks brand new inside. No way in hell would I ever let it go the 35,000 miles most people suggest.

I wouldn't flush it every 10k, but I do drain and fill my radiator every spring. Trans should be done by 50k at the most. Pretty much all of the fluids should have been changed out at least once. Do plugs every 30k if you don't use platinums.
