I noticed a small puddle under the car, felt the whole air dam and it was covered in coolant.

Air dam in the middle was most wet, If i remember right the petcock is more to the passenger side.
Hoses are dry also, So I checked the coolant level in radiator is very low.

Is my radiator cracked? ...help!

coolant presure check it and see were its coming out of. my guess is the radiator is bad.
