[Help needed] "Stumbling" and backfiring under load only. (1500-2100rpms) ???

[Help needed] "Stumbling" and backfiring under load only. (1500-2100rpms) ??? "Stumbling" and backfiring under load only. (1500-2100rpms)
Actions Taken:
-Removal of MAF & Throttle body for cleaning and inspection.
-Replacement of Bank 1 & 2 Front 02s. (rear 02s deleted)
Note:
-Spark plugs to be swapped out tomorrow along with fixing of exhaust leak just after Y-Pipe.
Mods: Bolt Ons (exhaust & intake (SLP)) along with a Forged Bottom End LS1 w/ stock cam.
No Engine Light but I plugged in w/ my scanner and went through 'DTC Not Ran' and found these codes.

Suggestions?!

Spark plugs!... Wondering why Lilith was throwing a misfire code though. 
... ??? ... Any explanations why I wasnt recieving a miss fire code would be greatly appreciated.
