Default LS1 misfire codes P0400 HELP

was drving about 50 at 3000 rpms when i heard a misfire then my service engine light flashed, has happened a few times before. half an hour later im going 45 at 2000 rpms and it is not shifting (A4) the flashing service engine light flashes then stays on. i turn it off, start it and its still there. i take it home and scan it with my flashpaq and i get P0300: multiple or single cylinder misfires. This is the last week im drving it for the season due to good weather. i know its not dreadfully serious but what do yall know about this code? still pretty worried about my SS

I'm getting the same code and I don't hear any misfire. I do know I have a bad knock sensor. I'm interested in the opinions of the board as well.

Had a o2 sensor going bad that did that. O2 never set a code.
