Emissions with !EGR & !AIR?

Emissions with !EGR & !AIR? Hey all,
Probably just a quick question, (hopefully).
Can you pass emissions with both !EGR & !AIR?
I'm pretty sure you can pass with !AIR because that is only used at startup, but how about EGR? (I'm not so familiar with EGR...)
I also know you have to tune it out, no biggie there.

if they do a visual you may fail, did you change over your intake using the ls6 or other intake? and as far as a visual they would really have to know what and if your year was an option. do you still have cats, if not they may go over the vehicle and look for items present or not.

Thats true, I'm still running the stock LS1 intake for 1999.
The only mods I really have is Lid & Filter - currently working towards true duals w/cats.
