Alright so tonight im driving home from the movies and i hear this weird rotation noise (sounds metal to metal)... only happens when i give the car some gas in gear while moving. push the clutch in or let off the gas pedal and it goes away.... any clue what it could be?

any check engine lights on? metal to metal sound can travel any idea which parts of the vehicle its coming from? if you have acess to a lift or jackstand put the car in the air leave it running and get a long screw driver and hold it to your ear and to the belhousing and oil pan you may be able to ditriguish the noise and its where abouts

It might be the input bearing in the front of the transmission. Unloaded it will growl and with a heavy load it will also. Try the screw driver trick. and listen to the front of the transmission behind the bellhousing. Also check to see if the front is leaking. That could be a sign of a bad bearing. Good Luck!
