Default Screw holding the door handle bezel

I had to take off my door panel and while i was putting the panel back on the screw wouldnt tighten it appears to be stripped now?

I have not had time to take the panel back off, but it looks like plastic that is what the screw is being screwed into, what are my options on replacing it or fixing it?

As of now the screw is just sitting in there, but not tight and is now causing a rattle

You got it. I put jb weld where the stripped hole was and just carefully screwed the original screw back in. Mine is still holding fine, but a more permanent fix is the one using the new black plastic screw setup from lowes.
