Default blue smoke from one header only???

so i did some searching and didnt find exactly what i was looking for so here goes... i recently did a cam swap and began to notice what appears to be blue smoke which i know is oil. The smoke is from one header only (running open headers at the moment) Im almost positive it isnt the pcv considering its only the driver side doing it. Im going to pull the plugs and then do a compression test tomorrow, but does anyone have any thoughts or recommendations before i dig into this? Im hoping the plugs tell the tail and its just a few bad valve seals, but we will see.
