I'm looking for the books that I can use to reassemble any part on our f-bodys...specifically the 2002 trans am. I know there are the basic maintenance books that are at auto zone/pep boys/advanced auto by chiltons...that is not what I'm looking for. I'm not sure what's it is called but I know what i'm looking for is in the area of 300-500pages and is used by the factory or dealership to fix/restore/rebuild every single part on our cars.....anyone know where I can get one?? They have them for older cars on classic industries website after alot of hard searching but I want one for the 2002 trans am.
I hope this is the right place to post this...
Thanks in advance

I think the OP is looking for the Factory Service Manuals. Most of the deals on eBay are not so frequent now that all the dealership closings are over. The new ones can be had from http://www.helminc.com

They are very detailed, are three volumes, and are the size of two yellow page phone books when stacked. It has step by step instructions, drawings, and schematics for repair of every part on the car. (Except transmission - they are in separate books. I have the one for automatic transmissions that I'm trying to get rid of, if anyone wants it.)
Sorry, can't legally post the pages because its copy written material. (Otherwise, you'd be able to get the whole book online.)

The 6 speed manual is called the "Transmission Unit Repair Manual." Its actually a two book volume. One covers all manual transmissions for a given year and the other covers all of the automatics for a given year.
I purchased the Transmission Unit Repair Manuals, but I don't ever forsee using it. (I just wanted to have all the books since the car is starting to get on in years.)
You may find that this online .pdf is sufficient for what you want to know about the transmission: http://cs.pontiac-club.com/graphics/...viceManual.pdf
