Grinding Noises
I recently did a fair amount of work in my car installing bolt ons and new wheels and tires. And now there's some new grinding noises.
My car's an 02 A4 z28, 31,xxx miles. Mods are in my sig. After getting all the parts installed I took the car out and me and my friend heard grinding noises in two different places now.
When I slow down to a stop I hear a grinding noise in the front of the car, but after checking over the bay several times I can't find anything loose or touching that would make the noise when braking.
Also when turning to the left at low speeds (10-30), or hard left when parking, there's a grinding noise that sounds like it's coming from the front left wheel.
The wheels went from the stock 16" wheels to 17x9.5" c6 z06 replicas.
I tried going through some old search threads but didn't see something that matched what I changed to get those noises. I'd appreciate some advice on what to look into since it's a low mileage car and all.
