Default ls1 wont crank, help!

I recently swapped everything from a good running 99 z28 donor car into my 01z. The 01 didn't have pedals so I swapped my 6 speed pedals in, ls1 and t56, engine harness, body control module and complete steering column. I went over and double checked all plugs and things and wires that I could. Everything seems to work except there is no power to the small signal wire to the starter. If you put power to it with a jumper it'll fire right up. I have checked under hood fuses and relays im not sure what else it could be. Give me some ideas please

Bcm could be bad, I believe people with extreme vats issues (faulty body control modules) have to donthe same thing to start their cars

Well thats the thing is I pulled the bcm out of the good running car and put in it. What else could cause no power to the small starter wire?

Neutral safety switch wired up on the clutch pedal correctly? Are you using the body control module from the parts car with the ignition on the new car? The body control module would be reading the resistance from the old key which would be incorrect

I just plugged the safety switch into the clutch pedal, I don't think I can have anything plugged in wrong or backwards. And I swapped the enture steering column out of the other car, so ignition is matched to the bcm. There is no security light on or anything. And thanks for The post and help! I'm running out of ideas

I still need help with this. I can't figure it out, I checked the grounds on the back of the head and a few other things. What can cause that starter wire to not get power in the start position?
