Like Cool28 says, it is on the frame rail underneath the car near the rear driver's side wheel. You will need 2 open end wrenches to unscrew the treaded end and I use a small flat head screwdriver to push the clips in at the other end.

The fuel system is pressurised so I keep a towel handy and just relieve the pressure at the filter.

It's pretty simple.

To let the pressure out of the fuel system I got a rag and small screwdriver and pressed the valve on the driver side of the fuel rail. That way fuel didn't one shooting out when I took the filter out.
