Loud Whine when turning ?

Loud Whine when turning ? Why do i get a loud whine whenever Ii press on the brakes and turn to the right at the same time? it happens usually when I'm coming fast up on a 90degree turn.
The thing is it only happens when i press the brakes and turn to the right, doesn't happen when I turn to the left. Could it be a rod issue? when on the highway the car pulls to the right.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
