Default Broken throttle Cable Bracket

The Bracket for my throttle cable on my 02 Z28 is broken off of the intake manifold. It looks like some dick previously broke it and epoxied it back on. Any idea what epoxy/glue/sealant to use to glue the damn thing back on?

One of the door handles at work was missing it's little allen screw what held it to the **** on the door. My manager got sick of waiting for someone to respond to the work order after a few months. So, he mixed up some JB Weld and applied it well. I was able to brace on the door, one foot above and the other below the handle, and pull with all my strength, and it wouldn't budge. So that'll work if gorilla doesn't.
