My car has no heat.
Car runs at 190 with no overheating issues.
Air does get warmer but is by no means warm.
Recently I got 14.7 mpg, I almost always break 20.
Yesterday we bled the air out of the system.
I was thinking thermostat or it may need a flush.
Any other ideas?

It's possible the heater core may need flushed. I had to flush my 98 Z28s, but I don't think that would affect your mileage. Does the guage get up to full operating temp?

How are you calculating mpg? Actually filling and dividing or just estimate? If its got some miles I'd hit it with a fresh set of front 02 sensors, make sure the fuel system is clean and its got good spark, and make sure your not idling for an extended period of time (idling is 0 mpg). As far as heat if your reaching operating temperature and not overheating, than its somewhere in the dash. Rather the core is clogged internally (coolant) or externally (leaves n **** in the case), or you have a blend door not moving. If you dont overheat or overcool it is NOT the thermostat.

It is two different things at once. The only way mpg would be affected, without considering driver inputs, is if the thermostat was stuck open causing an over cooling condition.
