Default how to adjust windshield wipers

question is simple after my mechanic put my cowel and wiper blades on I guess he did not take the time to adjust the passenger side blade or did not notice, the driver blade is in the right location, the passenger blate sits about 2 to 3 inches above where it is suppose to be, i know the wipers are connected together, and the bolt where they bolt onto the car I assume is not where you adjust them.

i assume I hae to remove the cowel to do this, so does anyone hav e a diagrahm on how you are suppose to adjust these things or a diagrahm on how all the linkage is setup

I believe there is a pin at the base of the wiper you have to pull out. When you pop that out, the whole arm will come off. Then you line up where you want the arm to be, press it on, and push the pin back in.

My car is at the airport currently, so I can't get look right now. But that's how other cars I've had were setup.

I've got a similiar problem, Gotta check it out closer when its not raining, neither of my wipers go all the way down when turned off, and when there on the intermittent setting they stay in the all the way up position during the delay period of the intermittent setting.

Check the second post in this link, I had this same problem with my Grand Prix. This could be a similar issue for you.

I checked it out today and its simple. There is a cover on the base of the arm. You life that up and a nut is right there. Loosen that up, and they arm comes off.
