Default Arrrgh...can't figure out where this "clunk" is coming from

replaced my rear end fluid, replaced the U-joints, took it to a tranny shop.
I primarily get this clunk sound after the car has been sitting over night and I back out of the drive way.
as Im backing into the street up a bit of an incline, I let go of clutch and press gas and it puts a load on whatever is clunking. Thats when it happens. Or, if I'm parked on a bit of an incline and start to back "up" the incline.
Could the tranny mount be the issue? Its the stock mount and looks like its just fine, but there is 120k miles on it.

I understand that mounting bolts on the torque brace that goes from the tranny to the diff can get loose and make a god awful clunk.
