oil pressure low Car is an 04 lincoln avaitor. Oil pressure low light is on, ran the code at autozone came back as a bad cat. I felt the tailpipe theres hardly any exhaust coming out. My question was would the backpressure from a bad cat cause the oil pressure low light to stay luminated?

Not likely.
Usually an SES for a catalyst code is not a restriction, it's a performance code of the catalyst's efficiency.
Get the oil light issue sorted out looked at asap.
Seen these motors go south before. Not cheap.
