Unhappy LS2 misfiring

Background:
06 GTO 48k miles
Basic Bolt Ons+Gears+Tune
Car had holes for switches drilled in center console and flowmasters when purchased (I'm guessing switch holes for nitrous) so it may have had a cam at one point.

Symptoms:
Rough idle and operation
Extreme loss of power
Flashing CEL

Codes:
Random Misfire
Injector Circuit Open Cylinder 2,4,6,8 (passenger side)

-Initially, the car would misfire, flashing CEL, no power. A minute later, the symptoms would disappear. No codes. This happened 3-4 times over the course of a month.

-Now, car misfires all the time and throws the before mentioned codes.

I have checked:
both Injector fuses(look Fine
the MAF harness visually(look Fine)
the injector and coil harness visually(look Fine)
and the plug wires visually(look fine)

My instincts say bad coil. If I had a scanner at my house, I would swap the coils and see if the injector circuit code moved to the other side of the engine. But I don't, and I don't want to limp it to Advance Auto Parts when it could be a problem with the valve train. So any thoughts?
