Replacing airbags

Replacing airbags I have a 95 6spd camaro that's been converted over to an ls1 car (it was a 3.4 5sp). Everything has been swapped (all harnesses, dash, brakes, ect) the only think that hasn't been changed is my steering column.
So obviously the bcm I have doesn't work with the key I have because 1 the resistance is different in the key and 2 I believe it's missing a secondary resistor they added after 97.
So I am getting a bcm and steering column out of a 98 but the airbag is blown.
Will I be able to just swap the airbags and be good or is there something else I need?
