Default What is this piece?

Okay so on my '98 formula i've been hearing this rattling sound.
I thought it was my catalytic converter.
So I was trying to figure out what one it was.
After giving this a nice bump I heard the noise.
It wasn't my cat, it was a broken bracket!
But now I can't find out what it is to find a replacement.
Any ideas?

See the bolt?
The other side of that is broken off.
Thats the part I need.
What is it called?

This is under the drivers side by the way!
Thank you

Are you talking about the flange?

Just looks like the exhaust pipe flange that connects the cats to the Y-pipe

If it's the flange idk how you would replace that though. Maybe take it to an exhaust shop and they can weld one on for you or weld that flange back together.

An exhaust shop would need to weld it
