Default mods+mpg?

Just wondering how far my mileage will go down adding future mods, what mods do u guys have and from fill up til gas light comes on, how many miles did u go?

99z, 6 speed, Msd wires, tb spacer, 2nd stage no name clutch, borla catback exhaust, granatelli lid, and tune...

I get 170-180 miles from max tank til light turns on

Just got back from a trip to see family. Filled up before I left. Got gas with 1/8th of tank left 345 miles on the tank. '02 T/A M6. Headers, intake, lid, custom Y and a Frost tune.

I get 400 highway miles in a tank and I'm bone stock save for a cutout. 180 seems awfully low for an M6 I've never got less than 250 for a tank and that was with dozens of 4-5000 rpm pulls

First of all throw away your TB spacer. Not because it hurts mileage but because it's pointless.

If you're only getting ~200 miles to a tank, with a 6 speed, something's wrong. That kind of mileage is what a stalled auto with a huge cam should get.

Recently I installed long tubes, an ORY, and new TR55 plugs, and I'm getting my best mileage yet... 21 mpg average (lots of highway driving). And I haven't even gotten it tuned yet.

It's actually a wet nitrous plate from dyno tune but I don't have all the stuff for nitrous yet so I call it a tb spacer for now

Iv got lts magnaflow catback ORY 1 high flow cat after the merge frost tune lid and I get 180-190/tank but I'm all stop and go traffic. I'm a4 no ac ever on windows always down getting mid 14/mpg. For some reason full to e is only 12.6 gallons and I KNOW it's a 16.8gal tank. Wtf would I have ~4.2gals reserve??? Who the **** knows? I say bad fuel sending unit and ls1tech shot that idea out of the sky. Lol oh well.

When my car was New I ran out of gas as soon as my car hit the E mark. The dealer replaced the fuel pump and said that they adjusted the gauge so this would not happen again? I never questioned them ....but, when it goes below the E mark now it takes 12.5 gallons to fill it back up I believe.

I get about 200-215 a tank filling up to 14 gallons comes to be about 16 mpg, all stock SLP intake/exhaust, m6, with new plugs, fuel filter after seafoam, fresh oils (engine, tranny, diff.) Highway i get 23-26 mpgs. Need to replace my fuel press regulator, might just step up to the walbro system.

Think that "adjustment" is similar to a bent fuel level float to read less than what actually there? A buddy's 99 ta goes way past full and gets about 50 before it goes down to the full mark and I at 90ish by 3/4 I'm usually at 90-120 by 1/2 as per gauge reading. Is this similar to yours ls1121?
