please help with problem by ignition

Default please help with problem by ignition

I was installing an aftermarket steering wheel and the hub wouldnt fit so i tried to pull the plug out that the stereo and air bag wires were going to and pulled a large chunk of plastic out with it. now i have no power steering and i turn the wheel and my turn signals come on. i dont even know where to start on this one..

thats alright, anybody else know of how i can fix this, or if i can remove this since i am not using radio controls, or the airbag, I am still using a horn for my aftermarket steering wheel. also dont know why i have no pwer steering and when i turn my wheel the turn signals turn on, seems like a short among with other problems... please help!!
