Not sure if it's exactly the same rattle, but mine was deceptively simple:
The little hinges for the trunk deck lid would vibrate while driving. The squeaky rattle was particularly bad at lowish, steady RPM, r.g. highway speed. A little grease on those fixed it for me.

Although it sounds the same as the vid, mine may be a little different because I only hear it from outside the car when the windows are down and hitting bumps. I tried several of the suggestions listed in this post but everything checked out good.
Although they looked good, I just lubed/tightened down the rear top of shock bolts/bushings but didn't get a chance to test yet...
