While the engine is out.......what to replace/work on....?
Line lock / proportioning valve. Much easier to work on those brake lines against the shock tower when you can sit in the bay and have the lines directly in front of you.
Clearcoat the engine bay (no need to re-paint per se if the paint isn't all scratched up, but make sure you clean/de-grease the paint well). Now would be the time to fill any factory holes that are no longer used (from removed wiring harness clips, etc.)
As mentioned, heater hoses / radiator hoses. Upgrade battery/fuse box wiring (the line that clips to the fans). Upgrade grounds. Inspect the wiring harness that runs above/behind the motor including trans and O2 connectors.
K-member is a good one to do as well if you're willing to spend the money (it'd help offset some of the iron block weight).
Depending on what you intend to do with your fuel system when you add the turbo kit, now would be the time to run some heavier wire for pump(s) and/or some bigger supply line. It is going to be far easier to bend/mount that while there is no motor in there.
If you still have A/C, and it is open, do yourself a favor and replace all of the O-rings.
Replace power steering fluid. Replace brake fluid.
