Question Air Box - Rad Support

If I were to remove the air box from my 98 Z28, which is also the top radiator support would a radiator support from lets say a 1995 or 96 Z28 fit to hold my radiator in place securely? I need the factory air box gone.

Yes, but there would be a slight gap in front, and you can only use 2 of the bolts. If you look at LT1 cars compared to yours, you can see the front steel radiator support bar has a slight hump on it, while LS1 cars are flat.
