If you have a way to monitor the misfires, it will make it much easier to diagnose. That way you can replace / focus on parts in those areas. Dielectric grease helps a lot too. Make sure the plugs are gapped correctly.
Come back with more info if that doesnt fix it.
Also try cleaning the maf, there are many how-tos on here... you have to be careful.
When you say "miss", do you mean an actual misfire code (P0300)/SES light, or just some hesitation during acceleration? Your issue could be fuel related as well (low pressure, fouled injectors, poor A/F ratio due to dirty MAF or marginal O2 sensor(s).
I agree with the above; it would be nice to hook up a scanner and monitor various data, such as misfires and fuel trims.
