Default Slight whistle at 2500 rpm

My car has this slight whistle that I just noticed after I pulled the intake off last weekend to swap knock sensor harness. I checked the vacuum lines and everything appears to be good but I don't know. I also checked everything between the lid and the intake manifold and it looked good.

Could my manifold not be seated all the way? I also cleaned the hell out of my TB. Should I just rip the manifold off and try again?

I just went out with a stethoscope and pinpointed the noise from coming from the driver side of the throttle body. Which I had read about vettes having this problem, but no f-bods. The car does have an ls6 intake and ported stock throttle body.
