Default Wiper blade Installation

Hey guys, this is crazy but I can't seem to install my wiper blades to where they click in. I have searched and searched but feel like i'm doing something wrong or have bought the wrong kind. Always the things that should be simple.

basic info: I bought the 24 lenth rain x wiper blades. They are not the bracketless kind ( could this be the problem ? )

The problem I am having is I unclip the previous wiper blades. Push them out of the U shape blade arm thing. I try to put the new ones on but they seem to be not have the same connector to fit? I have replaced wipers in all my other vehicles easily but with the T/A its not working. They won't click in.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

There should be an adapter thing in the box with the blades. I am pretty sure you have to put that on.

rain-x the windshield and keep speed above 45mph, you won't need wipers
