cylinder 3 missfire

cylinder 3 missfire so i a 3.8l v6 camaro but im having a cylinder 3 missfire problem. it stubles at idle, runs just about perfect at cruise and completly shuts down under load/wot.
changed plugs wires coil packs (had good extras laying around)
swapped injectors around still have a cylinder 3 missfire.
did a compression test got 180psi
tune is good
fuel is good
and with a stethoscope i cant hear anything out of the ordinary
im lost any help would be great.
