Vibraton, when in idle help?????

Vibraton, when in idle help????? New to the forums srry if this the wrong place to post this....
Sometimes when im in a stop like at a light or some thing i feel a vibration coming from like behind the center on the dash on the floor, as well i felted yesterday on the freeway, usally in the morning when i go to wrk i feel the vibrations the worst thinking it might be the torque converter any ideas??????
