Does the car behave this way every time and does the pressure seem like it drops as the car comes up to temperature? (I'm wondering if there is a crack or other passage somewhere that is opening wider with a temperature increase?)

Was the engine rebuilt by someone you can take the car to?

Well on a cold start it says about 20psi and it starts to drop slowly ones the engine begins to warm up. I could take it to them but its been since 2011 that I got it build they are going to want to charge me, I'm about to give them a call see what they can tell me. I was told it can maybe be the rear oil gally's...

You have a HUGE leak some place, time to pull it apart and find out what is missing.
