That Thunder Racing LS6 PCV kit is $70 overpriced. I got mine shipped for $100 (pm me if you'd like to know where as they're not a sponsor). You'll also want to pick up new intake manifold gaskets; you can get Felpro from any parts store or go with the GM/ACDelco.

It seems you've got a good start for the maintenance. I'd also suggest a fuel filter (as has been mentioned) and at the very least a new PCV valve if you're not going to change to a LS6 PCV setup.

You may also want to get a new A/C and serpentine belt. If you plan on putting an underdrive pulley on, that'd be a good time to do the belts (especially since you need to buy shorter belts).

I suggest sticking with the ACDelco sensors. I've found the best price on AC stuff is Amazon...
