Ticking noise when cold and only in gear?

Ticking noise when cold and only in gear? I have been noticing a ticking noise comming from the engine (LS1) when its cold and you have it in gear, upon aceleration. When it warms up it goes away, any ideas as to what this is and is it anything to worry about?
