Default Ignition Cylinder not working, start car?

Quick summary:

Have done VATS bypass
Car won't start, no turning no nothing.
Security light on and solid.

My guess is the wires to the master cylinder have worn away, but am not sure. Car is on the street and I need to move it up a hill this afternoon. Any ideas how to get it to start until I can figure out/fix the problem?

Thanks!

Default

Turn the key like your trying to start it. Then let it sit for 10 minutes with the key on. When
The security light goes off, turn the key off for 5 seconds and try to start it.
Auto or manual?
