Default warning lights

2000 z28 camaro (fairly new brakes all around)
BRAKE, ABS INOP, and seevice vehicle.
I think the service vehicle is on because of the break lights. But I dont know. But do you think flushing my breaks would fix it? Fluid levels seem good. Help
