Default electrically issues

i have a 01 camaro the issues i have is a service vehicle light also the starter fuse isn't getting any power but it will turn over, also the alt exciter wire isnt getting any voltage as well. the fuel pump isnt priming either i can hear a click in front of the car and the back but nothing. prior to this i had fluctuating voltage i replaced the battery cables cleaned all the grounds. i bought a brand new battery and alt and still had issues. a charging system check said i had low starter voltage so i rechecked all of the cables again and went through them all to make sure everything had a good connection with a multimeter as well. along with the other parts i replaced the temp sensor harness. all of this happened all of a sudden the day before it was fine it was charging after i replaced everything this morning i startup its not charging i check the exciter and no voltage ive switched relays, checked all fuses i dont know what the issue is most of my sensors are new. lights everything works except the parts mentioned. i have searched everywhere on here no one seems to have similar issues.

does anyone know what the issue might be im wondering if the computer got messed up or something. but right now the only thing i can hear clicking on the car is the abs module and im guessing the sensor in the rear end it as a 3ch 10 bolt. the previous owner also had a diablosport hand tuner but removed it when he sold it to me. the vats is bypassed with a resister as well if any one know or has had a similar issue like im describing any help would be appreciated.

Did you check the grounds on the back of the driverside head?

yes they were in great shape i reached behind the heads and felt them theyre not loose or anything. i had the intake off last yr to do the ls6 valley cover so i changed everything that would be hard to get to the knock sensors and new harness and oil pressure switch. but all three grounds are still attached and clean if i have to pull the intake i will just to make sure everything is good

ill post a vid tomorrow but the entire fuse box inside the car has power the only parts that don't are the alternator wire the temp sensor voltage is reading less than half a volt ive checked every ground and cleaned them again today including the starter area still doing the same thing. i can hear the bcm click when i turn the key before starting and as i said earlier the abs module clicks twice. ive had a abs and brake light that's been off and on since i changed the tires to a bigger size. i got the abs module read it just reported the issue but it corrects its self so i figured its just the tires setting that off. i don't remember the exact code it was but if anyone knows what can cause this let me know the fuel rails are full of fuel but no pressure as well the pumps not priming or anything. dont really want to deal with the shops in my area so if anyone can figure this out let me know.

no spark or fuel hmmm,
do you hear the fuel pump sound on ignition before starting the car?\

if not , then that's another problem & your issue doesn't really seem electrical as it's obvious that the pcm and everything else is on your dash else you won't see any lights.

but hey i could be wrong

it doesn't prime or come on the only thing that happens when i turn the key is the abs module clicks twice. the dash lights up you can see the service vehicle light go off then back on. im getting a scanner today to see if its throwing any codes idk if any will show up the check engine light isn't even on. also i thought the bcm control some of the dash etc. everything on the inside still works right now the starter is the only thing that works. like i said knock sensor and oil pressure switch is new the only thing i haven't changed in that area is the cam sensor and ive never had a problem out of it. the car started like nothing before this. it all happened in one day i started it up no voltage turned it off to check everything wouldn't do anything after. the day before it ran perfect.

ok so i tried to scan it with a scanner and the pcm isn't communicating with it so it looks like the computer. i tried it on both of my cars to make sure. my other vehicle is my wife's firebird so couldn't swap the comps to see. a guy from auto zone tried to argue with me when i called to purchase the tool saying even though vats is bypassed at the ignition with a resistor it can still kill the coils and fuel pump. in my experience when my key was dirty in the other car it would kill everything and the security light would be on. if anyone else thinks its not the pcm let me know and where i can get a replacement one as well. again the car is an 01 z/28 m6 and the only light thats on is service vehcle.

ok so i finally got everything back up and running. it is running good except the alt charges whenever it want so im going to do the truck alt. like ive seen suggested on here. the question i have is can i use a alt relocation kit with the truck alt. as well. the only thing that may be in the way on that side is the pcv hoses i did a ls6 pcv conv but i got the older cover so the valve isnt built in its external. also i was wondering if the big 3 was neccesary or mandatory for what i want to do.
