If you look at it from the back, there should be a noticeably bigger resistor (mine is a black one) that is soldered between two of the contact elements; you'll be able to tell it apart because it doesn't look nearly as fragile or sensitive as the other three. It will also be the easiest to remove from the back, and you should be able to clearly see where SLP soldered in the ends to the backside of the element.
