Default Leak in metal a/c line!?!

Hey guys i bought a 2001 z28 a week ago. the cars a/c would blow, but it would come out kinda warmish. Went to the store grab some recharge 134a stuff and put it in. BAMMM!! worked like a charm. A/c was cold. However after it was all said and done i heard a hissing sound. i found the on leak was coming from the schrader valve. Now the other leak i found was coming from the metal a/c line that im guessing connects to the back of the a/c compressor. It looks like it has mad so much contact with the tubular sway bar (i think it the sway bar) that its worn a small hole in it.

How can i fix this?
is this normal?
Part number and name of it so i can replace it?

thanks guys

You can get new a/c hoses. I got some from Advance. Not too bad- I think around $60. Putting them in sucks. I bent mine a little bit so I had a little more clearance. Could also wrap a hose around it to protect it. The shrader valve can be replaced easy enough- it just screws in and out. Similar to a bike tire.
