98 camaro wiper motor making weird sound when lights on Hey guys, I'm new here, I used to own a lot of 3rd gen Camaros, but this is my first 4th gen. Anyway, I've been having electrical problem recently. Whenever the lights are on, the wiper motor makes weird sound and it looks like it wants to work but hesitate. The light bulbs are aftermarket HID's I think. When the lights are off, or when I pull the wiper motor fuse, the noise stops. I am clueless to what the problem could be since I can't think of any possible connection between the lights and the wiper motor. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
