I have been having my car for a few months now and have always had this noise but not this bad. I have checked most things in the drive train and i dont see how the brakes could be doing this. I turned the car off so you can hear the noise.. Also the car is not in gear and i am applying the brakes. It gets worse as the speed declines. If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it.

Kind of hard to tell from video.. but i would say first warped rotors. Otherwise you may want to check the condition of you ties rods. ball joints.
