Front breaks locking up after.
I capped off my entire vacuum port system for like the last 7 years. It did nothing to the brakes.
What do you mean......pump them up after you start the engine....?
Do you have to pump them up...?

So the brakes are compressing on their own just by starting the engine....?
And the lines are actually filling with air....?
So you release the air.....tighten the bleeder back up.....and it will do it again the next time you start it up. I will fill with air again and compress the brakes....?
.
Doesn't the brake reservoir and assembly have to be bled on a bench when the traction control is removed....to make sure it's all bled right before adding fluid back into the dry, empty system....?

I just remember being told by my speed shop when they installed my new engine a few months ago........if the Traction Control System is removed or the brake reservoir is allowed to run dry......then the reservoir and brake booster assembly MUST be removed from the car and bench bled.....
Maybe that has something to do with why you keep getting air in the lines.
Ask the place that did it......
