Running lights problem my drivers side running light on my trans am doesn't work when car is on. When i lock the car the drivers side light will turn on and the passenger side won't. However the passenger side works when car is on. Any ideas??

I have a similar problem (sorry for highjacking thread, hopefully both the problems get resolved) My passenger side is out and doesn't blink when i use the blinkers, but when i lock the car it appears to light up.
