AC makes noise when i push the gas. I just recently purchased a 2000 camaro z28.
The previous owner told me the AC blew cold but made a noise when you accelerate .
My mechanic told me that the bearing was bad , so i replaced it. AC blows ice cold and works perfect. But when i accelerate it makes a whistling kind of noise when i turn the AC off the noise stops completely..
What else could it be ?
pulley ? clutch ?
