AC Question
Bought my 94 camaro z28 with the ac not working. Trying to get it up and running, I have already fixed a couple o-rings that were leaking. Now it leaks were the arrow is in the pic. It only leaks when the ac is on which I thought was weird. I really don't know anything about ac work. Is there another o-ring in there or is it just tightening up that connection. Thx

A/C is a closed loop compressor refridgeration cycle. It leaks when it is on becuase the pressures are much higher on the high pressure side when you flip the switch.
That block probably has pipe threads. Aluminum should seal on it's own I think (look it up). If they are self sealing pipe threads, disasseble, clean, and re-install with the correct torque value. Use a crows foot and a torque wrench. If they aren't self sealing, I would try teflon tape. Keep it out of the refridgerant area.
