Is this normal? *Pics* Driveshaft If you look at the pic, the shaft is not even. The gap is tighter on some parts and wider apart as your turn. Doesn't look normal to me. On top of the fact it is leaking like crazy down there but can't tell from where. I am assuming the pinion seal since the diff cover is clean and the torque arm is drenched in relatively fresh oil.

well, the rear is whining but that is to the seller's home job on the gears. But I did have a hard time banging 3rd often. Occasionally I would feel clunking as if the driveshaft was two pieces like the mustang ones. It is a new car to me so I am not sure what is normal and what isn't.
