Default Seat Belt holder.

Ive looked around on the net and cant manage to find new seat belt holders, those cheap little plastic pieces (on the head rest). Hopefully everyone knows what im talking about. My passengers side broke off and now the seat belt chokes people. Anyone know here to buy these?

Well actually...the light still goes up and down when needed. It just keeps grinding for about 5 secs when it goes up or down. It also opens and shuts whenever i lock the doors.

The 'PLASTIC' gear inside one of the motors is stripped. The jackhammer sound you hear is the motor still turning. The headlight system in our cars uses amperage to know when the headlight is fully up and fully down. When the gear is stripped the system doesn't detect a high amount of resistence (amperage) therefore it keeps applying power to the motors.

Heres how to do the fix.....http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/headlightfix/#FreeGuide

I think the only place to get it is at a dealer or gmpartsdirect for the seat belt holder. What color is it? I can give you the part number.

There is like a page in the parts manual for just that part. Half drivers, half passengers and a diff. part no. for each color (interior).

They list an Ebony for 00-02 (I don't think there is a difference in the look over the years) as 16817202.

The only 98 in the list is Neutral color.
